Testimonials
"The apartments are very nice. It is very quiet, the neighbors are nice and willing to help in any way they can. We had an issue which was caused by the virus, they have been very understanding about the situation. If we ever had any problems they never questioned it, they either fixed it or replaced it. I would recommend them to friends and family. I give it a 4 star rating."

"I have been a tenant at Georgetown Manor PA apartments at Girio Terrace since May 2019. I find my apartment very comfortable and easy to care for. Washer and dryer on same floor is a great addition. Living room is a nice size and provides easy placement of furniture. Kitchen is small and compact but easy to move around it. Nice closet space which is a plus. Outside area is scheduled for some work this summer which will make the patio area nice for sitting outside on nice days and evenings. Our parking area is a little tight right now but understand there are improvements scheduled for that also. All in a nice to place to live."

"I have lived at Georgetown Manor for 2 yrs now and have been very happy. Particularly because it is quiet and the residents respect each other’s privacy while being friendly. My apartment is roomy with a large bedroom which easily holds my double bed and dressers. It has a large walk-in closet with shelves. The smaller bedroom I use for my den-office, holding large desk, filing cabinet and books. The windows in this apartment are large and I enjoy the sun pouring in. The living-dining area is plenty large, my dining room table is just off the kitchen, and living room area holds my large TV, sofa, end tables and favorite recliner . An added attraction is the bike/walking path along the Susquehanna River, which is just a short walk away, and the Little League World Series Championship games are very close also. I recommend living here for all of these reasons."
